Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MacDangDang, a private, invite-only family platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MacDangDang lets a single family share photos, videos, memories, events, and messages in a private space. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your family space and for the people you invite.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; a parent or guardian manages spaces that include minors.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you share. You grant MacDangDang only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display your content to the family members you choose. We do not make your content public, sell it, or use it to train advertising or third-party AI systems.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use MacDangDang to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, or abuse, harass, or harm other members. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Notifications

With your consent, we send email and (if you opt in) SMS notifications. You can change or turn these off at any time — see our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep MacDangDang available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

7. Termination

You may stop using MacDangDang and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
